Report: Putin orders govt to study juvenile behavior in Internet
MOSCOW, Oct 17 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the government to regularly research preferences and behavior of the youth in the Internet, business daily Kommersant reported on Thursday, citing a statement on the Kremlin’s website.
The measure is needed to raise awareness of state entities and relevant institutions “on influence of the information environment on shaping of views of the growing generation,” the document read.
Putin ordered a coordination center be created that will organize production of content for “spiritual and moral upbringing of the youth.” The materials will be later distributed in the Internet.
The orders are to be executed by December 1.
